Order errors must be brought to World Nutrition’s Customer Service attention (Email: Office@worldnutrition.net) within five (5) business days of receipt of shipment.  World Nutrition endeavors to protect its and Reseller’s reputations; if Reseller or Reseller’s customer finds a defect in material or workmanship within 30 days (or within any longer period required by law), World Nutrition will replace any defective products.  This warranty shall not apply to any product which has suffered abuse, misuse, neglect or accident or to any item which has been opened or altered.  When shipped directly from World Nutrition, and authorized resellers, this assures that customers are guaranteed the purest, freshest, and most authentic product.  This warranty only applies to direct purchases from World Nutrition, Inc. and/or its authorized resellers.

 

OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, WORLD NUTRITION SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCTS AND ANY PARTICULAR APPLICATION OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WORLD NUTRITION BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL, EVEN IF WORLD NUTRITION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
